Membership Terms
- Membership fees are automatically charged monthly.
- Membership may be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice.
- Membership may be suspended for up to three (3) months per calendar year.
- Unused monthly service credits may accumulate up to six (6) services while membership remains active.
- Upon cancellation, unused service credits will expire twelve (12) months after the final membership charge date.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable.
- One service transfer per calendar year is permitted with a $10 transfer fee.
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, special offers, gift card promotions, package pricing, or referral rewards.
- Membership discounts do not apply to Bela MD Advanced Facial Packages.
- Membership benefits are intended for personal use only.
- Membership services have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Spa credits earned through referrals have no cash value and may only be applied toward future services.
- Spa Massaggio reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or policies with a 30-day written notice.
