Appointments & Arrival
Arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals may receive a shortened service. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be considered a same-day cancellation.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, allergies, or medications before your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
24-hour notice is required. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, no-shows, and late rescheduling requests are subject to our cancellation policy.
Groups, Couples & Spa Packages
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required. Changes or cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice.
Deposits & Payments
A 25% non-refundable deposit may be required for clients with previous no-shows, repeated last-minute cancellations, or repeated last-minute rescheduling.
Gift Cards & Memberships
Gift certificates, memberships, spa packages, and retail purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Children
Guests under 18 years of age require parental or legal guardian consent, and a parent or guardian must remain on the premises.
