Rights And Responsibilities As A Valued Guest Here At Spa Massaggio:
While spas across the globe offer distinct and personalized retreats, they share a common purpose: to elevate overall well-being. Through a comprehensive range of expert treatments, these havens foster rejuvenation of the mind, body, and spirit. To fully immerse yourself in our spa’s tranquil ambiance, kindly adhere to our guidelines. Your cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment contributes to all guests’ well-being and enjoyment. Remember, a little mindfulness comes a long way to ensuring a relaxing and safe experience for everyone.
As a valued guest of Spa Massaggio, you are responsible to:
- Share openly about your preferred choices, what you look forward to, and any issues that concern you.
- Please share a full and truthful description of your medical background and appointment purpose.
- Show courtesy and respect to our staff and other guests.
- Comply with the spa’s comprehensive set of established rules.
Service Guarantees & Refunds
At Spa Massaggio, We Value your business and strive to exceed your expectations, as we want all guests to have a memorable experience! If your services are not up to your expectations, please notify us during your visit or within 24 hours after your service has been completed. You may be eligible for a refund or credit as part of our effort to make it right.
Existing and New Medical Conditions
It is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes in your health condition so we can best serve you.
For clients undergoing chemo and radiation therapies
As a reminder, a Doctor’s note is required to confirm that the doctor is aware of the treatment and agrees to it.
Rights And Responsibilities As A Valued Guest Here At Spa Massaggio:
We retain the right to decline or end spa treatments for guests whose behavior is considered improper or disruptive to our spa’s peaceful ambiance. In the interest of the health and safety of both guests and staff, our personnel has the right to refuse service to clients acting inappropriately, intoxicated, or if their state of health may compromise the effects of the service. If this is the case, you will be charged in full for the scheduled or booked service(s) and if you continue to behave improperly for the next appointment, you will not be permitted to return.
Spa Massaggio reserves the right to modify or change spa services and pricing without notice.
Spa Massaggio is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Please note that all sales are Final. We do not allow refunds for any retails products, services or memberships.
Gratuity
Please be advised that gratuity is not added to the cost of our spa services. Your generous recognition of our staff’s expertise is greatly appreciated.
Prices and Regulations
Changing spa rules, regulations, and pricing is at the sole discretion of Spa Massaggio.
Service Animals and Pets
We request that no pets enter the building except for trained service animals.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Spa Massaggio. “We at Spa Massaggio understand that life happens and situations may arise where appointment(s) may need to be canceled. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling so we can fill your spot with the client(s)on our waiting list who would love to have a service with us. In the event that you fail to provide a sufficient period of notice, you will be charged a fee of 100% of the full-service price for missing your appointment(s) with your on-file credit card, or cancellation fees can be paid over the phone. The fee covers the time reserved for the esthetician / massage therapist/laser technician and the impact on our scheduling.
Clients who want to reschedule their appointment must do so within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. Any services canceled on the same day(less than 24 hours ) will be treated or considered as a no-show, and you will be charged the full price of the service.
Group Policy
All Groups will be asked to pay a 50% non- refundable retainer fee to hold appointments. You may only change or cancel the services you scheduled 3 days or 72 hours prior. We will only refund 25% of your down payment if you cancel before 3 days and none if you cancel within the 3 days. The head of your group is responsible for paying if the clients don’t show up on the day of the appointment. This 72- hour cancelation policy will apply to Spa Package Services and Couples Services as well. In the event that these notification requirements are not followed, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the full service price with your on-file credit card.
No Show Policy
If you are a “no show” without giving notification 24 hours prior to the day of your appointment, we will apply the full amount of the scheduled service(s) to your on-file credit card. If your account has three no-shows, you will have to prepay for all future appointments. We recognize the time of our guests and staff is important and have implemented this policy for this purpose. When you fail to keep an appointment with us, our therapists not only miss out on your business but also the potential service(s) of other clients who may have scheduled an appointment at the same time. Additionally, many times, our staff will be working in an “on-call” status and may have traveled or come to the spa exclusively for your service. Due to these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.
All appointments for NEW clients or clients with a HISTORY OF NO SHOW / LAST MINUTE Cancellations will require a 25% non refundable deposit that will be applied towards your service. If you cancel prior to our policy, we will keep your deposit for future appointments. All spa packages and couples services for all clients will require a 50% non refundable deposit. We appreciate your understanding as the continued last-minute cancellations greatly affect our employees, clients wanting in, and our business. Please be mindful and considerate when booking, as we hold this spot specifically for you, and it is difficult to fill an appointment with no notice. It is understandable that emergencies can occur, and we will address or respond to those as needed.
Late Arrivals Policy
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may have to reschedule your appointment in order to accommodate our punctual clients. If late arrival is inevitable, your service will be shortened in order to keep on schedule and not affect our punctual guests; the original reservation fee will be charged 100% full price of the service price. After 15 minutes of your booked appointment(S), if we’re unable to take you at the time of your late arrival, the full-service fee will still apply. Arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. There is a set time for each treatment session, and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
Forms Policy
All clients are required to fill out our intake form/consent / medical history forms online or in person. We can not start your service without completing those forms. These forms provide important information for us to better service you. If you need help filling out your forms, please arrive 20 minutes early, and we are happy to assist you.
Gift Certificates Policy
Physical / Digital Gift certificates purchased are non-refundable and are not subject to exchange for cash nor used to cover gratuities, with no exceptions. You must have your physical gift card with you on the day of your service. Gift certificates purchased in the past will not cover the new cost of services, as we may raise prices due to increased costs from our suppliers and/ or according to the current market price. All physical gift certificates have a one year expiration date starting from the day of purchase. Please be mindful that we may not be able to look up a digital gift certificate if the purchaser doesn’t add your name at the time of purchase, so please remind your purchaser to add your name to our system.
Children Policy
Age Requirements: At Spa Massaggio we strive to provide a serene and relaxing environment for all our valued clients. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have established the following policies regarding children.
- At Spa Massaggio, all children under the age of 18 must have parental consent and be attended by a parent or guardian during their treatment.
- Children are not permitted to accompany clients to their spa appointments unless the children have a scheduled appointment with us. All guests are required to follow this policy in order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
- Exceptions may be made for children who have their own scheduled spa services. In such cases, please notify us in advance to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
If you need to bring your child with you for any reason, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment or make alternative arrangements for childcare.
Food/Beverages
To maintain our safety standards, outside food and beverages are prohibited. We will provide water for you before and after your service(s).
Accessibility
Handicap-accessible bathroom and shower are available. Please note that our staff is not allowed to help clients get onto the treatment table. If you require help with this, please bring an adult along to assist you.
Payments/Deposits
Credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted, along with personal checks and Zelle and PayPal. Please keep in mind that a credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Returned Checks
There will be a $30 fee for any returned checks. Customers paying by checks must present a valid driver’s license.
Privacy And Security Policy

Data Confidentiality
Your email address is used only for the purpose for which you provided it. You have complete control over how we use your information, and we will promptly remove your details upon request. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or other purposes and is always kept private for your protection. We treat all client’s visits and conditions as confidential. As such, we will not talk about your visit with anybody outside of our staff without your prior permission. We highly appreciate your cooperation in giving us the information we need to best serve you.
Marketing Communications
We will only send promotional emails to those who explicitly opt-in. You can quickly unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us directly.
Google Analytics Policy
We are using Google Analytics to improve your website experience. We do not collect personal information or create user profiles through Google Analytics.
Data Security
Protecting your personal information is one of our top priorities. Our data is stored securely and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals.
Business Continuity
In the event of a business transfer, we will ensure that your privacy remains protected by requiring any new owner to adhere to this privacy policy. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.
A Tranquil Space
Please keep in mind that Spa Massaggio is a tranquil place; please help us maintain a calm environment while on the property. To ensure the relaxation, enjoyment, and privacy of our guests, please keep your voice low during your time at the spa. It would be appreciated if you would refrain from talking on your cell phone or playing videos or music in common areas.
