Position Overview

We are currently seeking skilled, Licensed Estheticians to join our team. We are looking for professionals who are proactive, results-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional beauty services that enhance our clients’ experience.

Our ideal candidates are hardworking, customer-focused, strong work ethic and a positive attitude and motivated estheticians who are committed to excellence in their craft, estheticians are willing to work a couple of days a week and build your schedule over time or to work full time in person,While dual licensing in massage therapy is a valued asset, we welcome all talented estheticians eager to elevate their skills and make a meaningful impact on our team. Responsibilities

Consult with Clients: Conduct thorough skin assessments, discuss clients’ skincare concerns and goals, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the treatment area, equipment, and tools are sanitized and meet health and safety standards.
Perform Skincare Treatments: Provide a range of skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Customize Treatment Plans: Develop personalized skincare regimens and treatment plans based on clients’ skin types, conditions, and preferences.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other estheticians and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Promote Skincare Products: Educate clients on the use of skincare products, provide recommendations, and achieve retail sales targets.
Attend Training and Meetings: Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and team meetings to enhance skills and stay informed about spa updates.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge and skills regarding the latest skincare technologies, products, and techniques.
Promote Spa Services: Actively contribute to marketing and promotional efforts, including participating in events and social media campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent
Certified Arizona State Esthetics License
2+ Year of Esthetician Experience
Radio Frequency Certification (Plus)
Massage Therapy License (Plus)
Microneedling Certification (Plus)
Laser Certification (Plus)

Experience

Customer Service Experience: 2+ Years (Required)
Work in a Salon/Spa: 1+ Years (Required)
Proven experience in skin care is required
Familiarity with software systems for scheduling and client management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build good rapport with clients.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
